Who is behind VIALCHECK
We take a sealed vial, measure what is actually in it, and publish the result under a number anyone can check.
The brand is operated by Titan Grid s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic. Company number 24342441, VAT ID CZ24342441, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 439620. We are not a VAT payer, so the prices you see are final.
We are an intermediary, not a laboratory. You order a test from us, we arrange the measurement, evaluate the data and issue the report. Everything that reaches you — the report, the register entry, the raw data — comes from us, and we are the party you have a contract with.
How the analysis is done
Measurements are carried out by a contracted partner laboratory, on HPLC and mass spectrometry instrumentation of the kind normally used for quality control of regulated products. We do not own that equipment and we do not pretend otherwise.
What we do ourselves: sample intake and the photographic record, commissioning the analysis, evaluating the results, issuing the report and running the public register. The report is issued by us — Titan Grid s.r.o. is named on it and answers for it.
A laboratory measures. Someone still has to decide what gets measured, what the number means, and what gets published. That part is ours — which is also where any mistake would be ours.
We are not an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory
ISO/IEC 17025 is the standard for the competence of testing laboratories. Accreditation to it is granted by a national accreditation body after an audit of methods, staff, equipment and records. We do not hold it, and we do not claim to.
What that means in practice
- Our reports are not accredited test certificates. They cannot be used where an accredited result is legally required — market authorisation, customs disputes, or evidence in court.
- The methods are standard analytical practice, but no third party audits how we apply them.
- Nobody outside VIALCHECK verifies our procedures. What we offer instead is that everything is open: you get the raw data and the method description, and another laboratory can repeat the measurement and contradict us.
Tell us before you order. We will say plainly that we cannot provide one, and point you towards laboratories that can. We would rather lose the order than have you rely on the wrong document.
What we do differently
- We publish every completed test, including the failures. Consent to publication is a condition of ordering. The submitter chooses whether to be named — not whether the result appears.
- Raw data is in the price. The chromatogram and the spectrum come with the report. You are not charged extra to see the evidence behind the number.
- We measure content, not only purity. A vial can be 99% pure and still hold half the peptide the label claims. Purity on its own is half an answer.
- One report covers one batch. It describes the vial we received. It says nothing about the next vial from the same seller.
- Reports are never amended after issue. If something turns out to be wrong, we issue a new report with a new number and the original entry stays visible in the register.
What we do not do
- We do not assess whether a substance is suitable for anything. We measure what is in the vial. Whether that substance should be used, by whom and for what, is outside our scope and outside our competence.
- We do not give medical, dosing or legal advice.
- We do not sell, supply or broker peptides.
- We do not rate or certify sellers. A passing report belongs to one sample, not to a brand.
- We do not withhold or revise results on request. Not for the submitter, and not for anyone else.
A report relates exclusively to the sample as received by the laboratory. Analysed substances are for laboratory and research use only — they are not medicinal products, food supplements or medical devices, and are not intended for human or animal administration.
