From order to report in your inbox. Eight steps, and four of them are ours.
Choose a test
Find your peptide in the catalogue. The price is final and visible upfront.
Pay the order
Card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The invoice is issued electronically.
Receive instructions
Only after payment do we send the shipping address, packing instructions and your order number.
Within 24 hoursShip the sample
An unopened vial together with your order number. Submit your tracking number and shipment details at vialcheck.eu/pages/submit-sample.
We accept and inspect
We photograph the vial with its label and seal, and confirm acceptance by e-mail. The turnaround starts from that moment.
Within 3 days of deliveryWe analyse
HPLC, mass spectrometry and quantification against a certified reference standard.
You receive the report
A PDF with its own number and the raw data. A public register entry is created at the same time.
Within 30 daysWhat happens to the sample
Samples are not returned. Part is consumed during analysis; we keep the remainder for 30 days in case of a complaint, then dispose of it as hazardous waste.
Guaranteed within 30 days from acceptance of the sample. In busier periods it may take longer; if that happens we tell you before the deadline, not after it.
The parts people get wrong
The turnaround runs from acceptance, not from your order
The guaranteed 30 days are counted from the moment we take delivery of your vial, inspect it and confirm acceptance by e-mail. Not from the day you paid, and not from the day you posted the parcel — neither of those tells us anything has arrived.
Sending the tracking number is an obligation
It is not a courtesy, and it is not optional. A parcel we cannot trace is a parcel we cannot take responsibility for, and the clock does not start until we can identify what arrived and match it to your order. Submit it at vialcheck.eu/pages/submit-sample as soon as you have it.
Payment creates the contract — the parcel does not
The contract comes into being when your order is paid. Posting a vial to us creates nothing on its own. Without a paid order and the order number we assign, a package that arrives is one we cannot match to anyone, cannot invoice and cannot report on.
Never ship before you have the address and the order number from us. We send both within 24 hours of payment.
Samples are not returned
Part of the material is consumed during the analysis. We keep the remainder for 30 days from the date the report is issued, so that it is available if you raise a complaint; after that it is destroyed as hazardous waste. Do not send us your only vial if you need to keep material for anything else.

Ask before you send anything
If your peptide is not in the catalogue, if you are ordering for a group, or if something about your report is unclear — write to us first. It is cheaper than a wasted sample.
We do not publish the address for sending samples. You receive it by e-mail once your order is paid.
