Privacy policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy describes what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because we collect little.

Who we are

Titan Grid s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. Company ID 24342441, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 439620. We operate VIALCHECK and we are the data controller. Contact: info@vialcheck.eu

What we collect

Order data — your name or company name, e-mail address, billing address, VAT number if you give one, and what you ordered. We need this to perform the contract and to issue an invoice.

Shipment data — the tracking number and shipment contents you submit after posting a sample.

Report header data — the client name and sample name you choose to appear on the report. If you leave these blank, the report and the public register show "Anonymous submitter".

Correspondence — what you write to us by e-mail or through the contact form.

Payment data — handled by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card number.

Usage data — if you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect how you move around the site. See the Cookies section below.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not send marketing e-mails unless you ask us to.

The public register

Every completed test is published in our public register. The register always shows the report number, the substance, the measured values and the date. It shows your name only if you chose to be named. The result itself cannot be withheld — that is the point of the register and you agree to it when ordering.

Who else processes your data

Shopify — the platform this store runs on, including payments and e-mail delivery.

Fakturoid — invoicing.

The contracted laboratory that carries out the analysis. It receives the sample and the report header data, not your contact details or payment data.

Analytics and advertising providers — only if you consent to those cookies. They may process your usage data on our behalf and, in the case of advertising, use it to show you our ads on other sites.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the store working — the cart, the session and the language you selected. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used, so we can improve it. Advertising cookies let us measure our campaigns and show our ads to people who visited the site.

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you consent. You give or refuse consent in the cookie banner when you first visit, and you can change your choice at any time. Refusing them does not limit the service in any way.

How long we keep it

Invoices and order records for 10 years, as required by Czech accounting and tax law. Register entries indefinitely — a report that could be deleted would be worthless. Correspondence for 3 years. Analytics data for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to info@vialcheck.eu and we will respond within one month.

Two limits are worth stating plainly. We cannot delete an invoice before the statutory retention period expires. And we cannot delete a published report from the register, because the register would lose its meaning — but a report that names you can be made anonymous on request.

You may also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above and publish the new version here.
