Shipping policy

We provide a service, not goods. Nothing is shipped to you — the report is delivered electronically by e-mail.

You send us a sample. The address for sending samples, together with packing instructions and your order number, is sent by e-mail after the order is paid. It is not published in advance.

You bear the cost and risk of sending the sample. Include the order number in the package and send us the tracking number by e-mail. Without a tracking number we cannot match your shipment to your order and cannot accept responsibility for it.

Samples are not returned.
