Guaranteed within 30 days from acceptance of the sample. In busier periods it may take longer; if that happens we tell you before the deadline, not after it.
Sample requirements
One full unopened vial for lyophilised material, or at least 30 mg of raw substance. The shipping address and packing instructions are sent by e-mail once the order is paid. Samples are not returned.
Do not send anything yet. The shipping address, packing instructions and your order number are sent within 24 hours of payment. A sample that arrives without an order number cannot be matched to anyone.

If your peptide is not in the catalogue, if you are ordering for a group, or if something about your report is unclear — write to us first. It is cheaper than a wasted sample.
